Over the years BUDDIES DAY AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICE has recorded its events and press releases in photographs that are not only held by us in paper format but also videos and photos stored on our website, and published on Facebook It would be too difficult to discover who everyone is especially in crowd photos and write to them individually to say that under the new GDPR legislation they have the right to request removal of those photos. However if they feel there has been an invasion of privacy, or simply wish said item to be removed please feel free to get in touch .Please could anyone who has attended our events, nights, coffee mornings, fundraising events check our BUDDIES DAY SERVICE facebook or our website to see if we hold photos of you.If you wish your image be removed would you please email me on buddiesdayservice@gmail.com and identify the photo and event and I will either crop the photo, or if it's just a shot of you alone remove it.PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PHOTOS ARE TAKEN at future events permission will be asked and information given as to where photos will be published.Photos that are taken will be visible on our website and social media accounts, as well as kept in our photo albums.
